What are the shipping costs?

If the address entered is incorrect, additional shipping costs will be applied for a new shipment.

Shipping to the Canary Islands: The purchase and shipping option is done through the BANANGO platform https://web.banango.app/ You can copy the link of the items you wish to purchase from LOOFRO, on the BANANGO website or mobile application. The platform will place the order for you, and once payment has been made in BANANGO, it will be responsible for sending it to your destination. Shipping rates and service fees are specified on the BANANGO website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As long as the products are in stock, domestic shipping will take 24-48 hours if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed on Friday after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders that the customer assigns to be collected at a collection point will have up to 10 days to collect the package. After this period, the package will be returned to the origin (our facilities). In this case, the shipping costs must be paid again in order to be able to send it again.

If you were unable to select a pick-up point on the website, you can do so without any problem in the GLS email once your package has been sent.

There is no messaging on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

Orders from Portugal will take 24/48 hours

Orders to the Balearic Islands will take 48/72 hours

In the event that an order includes one or more items that have been indicated to be subject to delays or a future shipping date is determined, the entire order will be sent when said items are in stock.

ORDERS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is as simple as choosing your item, entering your shipping information and making the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing the process. Check your spam or junk mail if necessary.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You can place an order "as a guest", but you must always provide your personal information so that we can send it to you, and we appreciate you indicating your email address.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track your order on our shipment tracking portal (customer service -> track your order). Located at the bottom of the website.

How can I return one or more items?

You have a period of 14 calendar days (from receipt of your order, INCLUDING THE DAY IT IS RECEIVED) to request any return if you so wish.

In the event of a product being returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided that the return is not due to an ERROR in the merchandise or a DEFECT in the garment. In the event that more items are returned that are not incorrect or defective, the return costs will be borne by the customer . The return will be made by depositing the package in a GLS parcel shop.

*From 06/08/2023, return costs will be €6 for the Peninsula and Portugal, and €8 for the Balearic Islands.

We do not manage changes through the web, the change must be made as a new order.

Returns: Customer Service -> Returns Portal, located at the bottom of our website. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase or a non-expiring in-store voucher will be sent by email.

IMPORTANT: No returns will be made for products with TARA if you have not notified us of this within 24 hours of receipt.

* SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SINCE IT IS A CONSUMED SERVICE.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from receipt at our facilities. (It depends on your bank or PayPal, if applicable, how long the refund takes)

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the labels for each item.

Loofro shop reserves the right to refuse returns when: The return request is out of date, the product is received used, washed, stained, with animal hair or without labels. In the event that the garments arrive in any of the aforementioned cases, the return will not be processed, and the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping (collection) and the shipping again to receive the damaged product. €5 + €6

AFTER 14 DAYS, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY ITEM WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

*JEWELRY AND STOCKINGS WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR HYGIENE

FOR SALE, DISCOUNTED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED IN THE PURCHASE, ONLY EXCHANGE FOR A NON-EXPIRING VOUCHER TO BE SPENT IN STORE.
